Who we are
Family Multiservice is operated by MLC Insurance LLC. Requests you send through this website, and calls to 877-458-7405, go to MLC Insurance LLC (Family Multiservice).
Where listings come from
Directory listings are imported records of professionals in Florida. A listing shows the professional's name, a city on record, the languages on record, and the counties and service categories the record is associated with. We do not publish phone numbers or email addresses for unclaimed listings.
What is and is not verified
- Imported listings have not been verified by Family Multiservice. A listing is not a statement that the professional is licensed, qualified, available, or recommended.
- Listed professionals are independent. They are not Family Multiservice employees, and a listing is not an endorsement.
- A listing is labeled "claimed" or carries a badge only after the professional has claimed it and the claim has been reviewed.
How requests are handled
When you submit the request form on a directory page, your request goes to MLC Insurance LLC (Family Multiservice). Only if you check the optional sharing box on the form, it may be shared with up to three independent agents or professionals who serve your county so they can contact you. They are not Family Multiservice employees and may pay a fee for the referral. Some service and county pages show no listed professionals yet; you can still submit a request there.
Claiming or correcting a listing
Professionals can claim a listing with the "Is this your listing?" form on the listing page (email, phone, and an optional license number). Claims are reviewed before anything changes. To ask for a correction or removal, email [email protected].
